Breakfalls
Can you do these breakfalls safely each time?

- I can do a Rolling Breakfall over 2 crouching people
Self Defence
Do you know the self defence for each of these grabs?
- Punch - evade - counter, both sides
- Hip throw against punch
- Hip throw using headlock
- Hip throw block, shoulder takedown
- Double throat grab from front
- Double throat grab from behind
Sparring
What have you learned about sparring?
- Able to do takedowns during sparring
- Can combine footwork and kick/punch combinations
- Demonstrate good control & power in your strikes
Fitness

- 2 x 2 minute rounds of sparring
- 10 Burpees
