We were all beginners once, so we know what you are thinking.  All we can say is come and give it a go. if you bring a friend it can make sticking with it easier, however if not we will buddy you up with one of our seniors who can show you the ropes.

What to expect

When you arrive someone will normally say hello. We'll do some quick introductions.  When we start the class we do a warm up and some fitness drills. Then we may do some striking (kick and punching) - someone will show you how to do this, then we will break into smaller groups and do some techniques. We will buddy you up with someone to help you along the way.
