On Saturday 30th of May we will be holding a 4th dan grading and seminar
Double Black Tip
Pattern
- Demonstrate your grading pattern
- At least 4 other patterns from previous grades
Breakfalls
- I can do a Rolling Breakfall over 3 students
- I can do a High Breakfall over 1 crouched student
Self Defence
- 5 white belt self defence techniques
- 5 yellow belt self defence techniques
- 5 blue belt self defence techniques
- 5 red tip self defence techniques
- 5 double red tip self defence techniques
- 5 red belt self defence techniques
- 5 black tip self defence techniques
Short Stick
- Basic short stick attacking strikes
- 2 unarmed defences against short stick
- 2 armed defences using short stick
Sparring
- 3 rounds of sparring including takedowns, with contact (safety gear compulsory)
Fitness
Can you do all of the following?
- 20 pushups
- 20 situps
- 10 Burpees
- Plank for 30 seconds
- I always have a good attitude in group drills
