Breakfalls
- I can do a Rolling Breakfall over 2 people
Self Defence
Demonstrate control, good use of you strength, and focus
- Grappling side control
- Grappling mount
- Grappling guard
- As well as moving between these positions and escaping from them
- Front kick takedown
- Side kick takedown
- Round kick takedown
- Spinning kick takedown
Sparring
- Two rounds of kick/punch sparring with takedowns and grappling
Fitness
Can you do all of the following?
- 10 pushups
- 10 situps
- 10 Burpees
- Plank for 30 seconds
- I always have a good attitude in group drills
