This grade is a revision of all previous grades.
These notes show the minimum number of techniques required to advance to the next grade. You'll also see some 'extension techniques' at the bottom, which are optional for those who wish to extend their skills.
Patterns
- Double Black Tip pattern
- All preceding patterns
- Basic 1
- Tanjon Breathing
Striking
- Board breaks x 3: student's choice of technique.
Weapons
- Walking stick: 2 minute free flowing demonstration of defensive & offensive techniques, with partner.
Core Self Defence
- Minimum of 5 x core techniques from each preceding grade
- Can show additional techniques
