I’ve never done martial arts before. Can I still join?
Absolutely. Most of our adult beginners start with zero experience. You don’t need to be fit, flexible, or coordinated — that’s what training is for.
Our classes are structured so beginners learn safely and progressively.
Do I need to be fit before starting?
No. You start at your own pace.
Training will improve your:
Cardio fitness, Strength, Mobility, Coordination
Many members join specifically to get fitter while learning real self-defence skills.
What age is suitable for adult classes?
Our adult classes are ideal for ages 16+, and we regularly train members in their 20s, 30s and 40s.
You’re never “too old” or “not athletic enough” to begin.

Just wear: And oldA t-shirt and shorts or track pants
We train in bare feet (no shoes on the mats)
