Black Tip
Pattern
Can you remember your whole pattern, and execute it with precision?
Breakfalls
Can you do these breakfalls safely each time?
- I can do a Rolling Breakfall over two people
- I can do a High Breakfall over a crouching person.
Self Defence
Do you know the self defence for each of these grabs?
- Long knife lunge
- Short knife lunge
- Overhead stab
- Knife slash
- Knife threaten
- Sprawl against tackle
- Sacrifice roll to mount
Sparring
Complete 2-3 rounds of kick punch sparring, including takedowns and grappling.
- Utilise basic grappling positions & escapes
- Demonstrate dynamic movement & striking
Fitness
Can you do all of the following?
- 10 pushups
- 20 situps
- 10 Burpees
- Plank for 30 seconds
- I always have a good attitude in group drills
